Houston, The Woodlands and Spring Real estate offer many desirable communities that included: The Woodlands, Windrose, Gleannloch, Augusta Pines. The Woodlands is one of the most successful master planned communites in the country. These four communities are located on Houston's northwest side in the area called Spring. Each offer varying prices points and amenities.

The Woodlands is composed of many villages known as: Sterling Ridge, Indian Springs, Carlton Woods, Alden Bridge, Cochrans Crossing, Panther Creek and Grogans Mill.
